Kenneth O. Emeson - President/CEO
Kenneth O. Emeson is the President of MNIA, Inc. He is also the founder of Cladiya Entertainment LLC, a movie production outfit based out of Baltimore, MD, and the co-founder of Dieme LLC an American based online boutique. At Bucknell University where he majored in Electrical Engineering, he was a member of the student run production outfit Hoodwink and Hooey Pictures. His initial interest was in acting but it was his strong background in Engineering that lured him behind the camera. Kenneth also performed in numerous plays with the Spotlight theatre in Baltimore. Kenneth’s professional success can only be matched by his in depth passion to recreate stories that are committed to entertaining and educating today’s society. He is a strong advocate of arts and culture and contributes his personal time to a number of educational and arts organizations. His latest short film, 'Climactic,' was accepted to the 2006 Washington DC Independent Film Festival. His current film Thorazine is in post production and would be released in fall 2007.

ChiChi D. Dike is the Founder and Executive Director of MNIA, Inc. She oversees the Program Implementation and Development for the organization, co-produces the Miss Nigeria in America Beauty Pageant, and writes the highly anticipated column on the website – Director’s Desk. A second generation entrepreneur, ChiChi formed Danick Productions in 2000, a company that produced numerous fashion shows and entertainment events. A veteran in the pageant industry, she became the first Miss Black World-Nigeria in 1996, and was the first runner up in the Miss Africa USA Pageant 1997 that was held in Nashville, Tennessee. In 2005, she took time off to restructure Danick Productions and its operations. The result was a production partnership with Cladiya Entertainment. She is also founder of Dieme LLC, an American based online boutique that is set to launch fall 2007. She has also produced numerous entertainment productions including the Nigerian Reunion Corporation fashion shows. ChiChi is a member of several fashion entertainment associations and an avid supporter of organizations dedicated to bringing peace and quality of life in Nigeria. She is personally committed to empowering women to help them battle self esteem issues, realize their potentials and take charge of their lives. She currently recieved a second Master's Degree in Public Administration.
