Biography
Elizabeth Amaseimogha was born on September 9, 1985 and hails from Bayelsa , Nigeria.  At the tender age of 6, she wrote poems and short stories that were published in newspapers and magazines. She attended Bereton College in Port-Harcourt and went on to receive her Bachelor’s at the University of Oil and Gas in Russia.  She transferred to Fisher College Boston where she will complete her degree in Criminal Justice.  She is currently the secretary of the multicultural organization in Fisher College.  Some of the objectives of this organization are to raise money for the homeless. She has a personal ambition to open day care centers in communities in Nigeria for the less privileged kids.
Elizabeth had two ghastly road accidents that damaged her neck, scapular and her knee that left her temporarily paralyzed for two months.  She miraculously recovered and has become a strong advocate for people suffering from bone problems.  One of her goals is to organize a forum against female circumcision, human trafficking and also raise awareness on Sickle Cell Anemia, which is a hereditary disorder common in Africa.  Elizabeth Amaseimogha will represent Anambra State in the 2008 Miss Nigeria in America Beauty Pageant.
